Like every great recipe there are a range of ingredients to make delicious food. Together Gloucester is made of many parts: from you, to Partners, Citizen Panel and Creative Catalysts.
Partners
The strength of the programme comes from the team behind it. We are a cross sector collective of 10 organisations working together for city wide development. Each organisation has a different role; some are the friendly welcoming faces in communities, some distribute funding and others do the planning and coordination.
Together Gloucester partners work ambitiously together and push for growth and change.
The ten partners who are responsible for driving Together Gloucester’s strategic ambition are: Active Gloucestershire, Gloucester BID, Gloucester City Council, Gloucester Community Building Collective, Gloucester Culture Trust, Gloucestershire Gateway Trust, GUST, The Music Works, University of Gloucestershire and Young Gloucestershire.
Citizen Panel
Together Gloucester seeks to change the way that Gloucester’s residents and communities engage with the city’s cultural offer. By setting up a citizen panel the people of Gloucester will be at the heart of cultural decision-making, so that the cultural offer reflects those who live here.
Local residents will come together and make decisions about which local projects to fund and support. You will help organisations and individuals across the city to understand what activities people want to see in their city, by connecting communities to create fun activities to support the values, vision and ambition expressed in Gloucester’s Cultural Strategy.
Together Gloucester are seeking applications that are representative of its diverse demographic to join the Citizen Panel.
