We collect personal data from you when you sign up to receive updates on news and opportunities about arts & culture in Gloucester. We ask for your name and email address so that we can contact you about these updates. Your data is confidential and is not shared with any third parties outside of Gloucester Culture Trust.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we ask if you have particular interests in any of our projects. This is not a mandatory question but helps us understand more about your interests and which projects you would like to hear about most.

In an unlikely instance of a court order or legal requirement, we may be obliged to disclose your personal data. Your information is securely stored on password protected and confidential folders, or in locked storage on site.
We keep survey data for three years. We will then dispose your information by safely deleting or destroying. Any data required for longer than this due to funding purposes (e.g. surveys, evaluation) will be anonymised.

How can I opt-out?

If you change your mind in the future, you will still be able to sign up again. You can also follow the same process above to update us on which projects you are particularly interested in.
