Details for Young People Spotlight Gloucester’s Cultural Leaders
What does cultural leadership look like in Gloucester?
Over the next year we’ll be sharing a series of filmed interviews together with Chispa, capturing authentic conversations lead by and designed by young people
We’ve commissioned the young creatives of Chispa to explore this question by putting young voices at the centre of the conversation; reflecting on who they see as cultural leaders and in return the cultural leaders share their words of advice to the future generation.
The first film with Malaki Patterson, CEO of The Music Works, captures honest conversations about creativity, community and the people who help make things happen in the city
By commissioning this work, Gloucester Culture Trust is supporting young people not just as participants in culture, but as researchers, storytellers and critical voices helping highlight the city’s cultural excellence.
